The CBC / Canada Reads Top 40 novels of the decade has been assembled and it just so happens to include Essex County by Jeff Lemire. If, like me, you've read it, then this probably comes as no surprise. For me, the trilogy was overflowing with Canadiana. I think I might need to make it my pick the next time it's my turn for the book club.
