The "Goddamn" Dark Knight Returns in 2011 along with other new and returning books!!!!!

Well as speculated in the past, All-Star Batman & Robin: The Boy Wonder is now officially the prequel to Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns.... is that a good thing???? Not sure but we know for sure is that it didn't make sense and it never finished.... be careful what you wish for because DC has announced that Frank Miller and Jim Lee will be returning to the book but re-naming it Dark Knight: The Boy Wonder.

Daredevil is back.... or Reborn I should say. Join Matt Murdock in February on his quest for redemption in Daredevil: Reborn!!!!

Boom Studios is quickly becoming one of my favourite publishers, I mean if your not reading Irredeemable or Incorruptible, your missing whats great in comics right now!! Mark Waid is doing such a great job writing these books, he's not done yet. Just before stepping down has editor in chief for Boom Studios; he brought in the the man himself, Stan Lee, to collaborate on a slew of new superheroes, his new book Soldier Zero is a great read and well drawn by Paul Cornell and Javier Pina. Also look for Stan's other collaborations on Starborn with Chris Roberson and Khary Randolph and The Traveler with Mark Waid and Chad Hardin.

Geoff Johns and Gray Frank are giving Batman the Earth One treatment like JMS did for Superman. No release date yet but Batman: Earth One will be awesome.

Geoff Johns is not done yet, along with Andy Kubert, they will be bringing all kinds of crazy to Flash's world with Flashpoint in April. Stay tuned for more information as it comes out, in the meantime, read John's Flash to keep up "on the road to Flashpoint".

So this year's big death scene will belong to..... Ultimate Spider-Man. No idea how's that going to happen but you know you'll be following it!

J.H. Williams III is writing and drawing Batwoman.... nuff said.

Jason Aaron is taking on Ultimate Captain America.... again nuff said.

Now for the pièce de résistance and what I think will be the book of the year, the boys are back in town, Bendis and Maleev will be finally bringing us a version of this character that we will want to be reading every month, Moon Knight will be seeking revenge for all the crappy revamps that Marvel has been giving him lately!!!!

    same here but I am curious with Dark Knight to see if they learned from their mistakes and made any changes!!

    Wow, you've been busy. There's some stuff to really look forward to on this list and some stuff I wouldn't touch with a 10-foot pole. The one good thing that COULD come from relaunching Miller's Batman book is the All-Star banner coming back into play. That was a great idea that DC needs to reinvest in once they get rid of the poison.

    well that's what Earth One is all about, its the NEW "All-Star"!!!! They didn't even mention if the Dark Knight will be under All-Star banner or otherwise!
